Maya's Divine Mission:
Treat all human beings with the same level of respect and courtesy.
Support and promote fellow small businesses, and shop locally as much as possible.
Foster unrecognized talent whenever, and wherever possible, inspiring others to find their inner artist.
Collaborate with other artists and artisans to develop new ideas.
Give back to the community whenever possible. It is always possible.
Reduce, reuse, recycle.
Support causes and organizations that promote progressive values, human rights, environmental and economic justice, civil rights, and gender equality. I believe in education, not immolation of principles, for the sake of keeping the peace.
Empowering women, especially survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse/assault.
Using art and all forms of multimedia expression to share stories; to repair the world through using creative voices.
